Globally, more than 60 million women suffer from PMDD each month

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is a severe condition affecting millions of women worldwide, yet it remains underdiagnosed and misunderstood. Oxford University estimates 1.6% of women globally meet the strict PMDD criteria, while up to 3.2% (>60m individuals) receive provisional PMDD diagnoses. True prevalence is expected to be even higher due to underdiagnosis.
